LANGUAGE-
The cajun language is one on its own. Aside from the heavy accent,
cajuns also speak "cajun
french." While holding a conversation with a true cajun while speaking english,
sometimes out of towners have a hard time understanding everything due to such a unique heavy accent! Here is some history behind the

Cajuns are such a unique people. Here is a section of the

a little history and a picture, followed by a link to download
and listen to a story that person has to share. This collection
is a great place to start if you want to feel and experience
the true meaning what being a cajun is all about!! Due to heavy accents from the rich cajun french language still spoken by most of these people, some dialogue
may even be in text format for easy comprehension! :)
