Brie-Stuffed Figs with Fresh Rosemary Appetizer
12-24 dried figs
5 ounces Brie
4 sprigs fresh rosemary, chopped
black pepper
-Trim stems tips of 1-2 dozen dried figs. Slice open one side of each fig. Stuff with small piece of Brie and chopped fresh rosemary leaves. Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
-Place cheese side up in baking pan. Bake @ 350F for 7 minutes or until hot.
-Serve with warm milk and sugar!
