Cous Cous

2 tbls of vegetable oil
2 c yellow cornmeal
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 c whole milk

-In a 12 inch cast iron skillet, heat oven over medium-high heat
-In a large mising bowl, combine cornmeal, salt, baking powder and milk. Using a wire whisk, blend ingredients until well mixed.
-Pour the cous cous into the hot skillet. Do not stir. Allow a crust to form. Once formed, stir well and lower heat to simmer. Cover and cook approximately 15 minutes, stirring often.
-Serve with warm milk and sugar!
