Crawfsih Remoulade

1/2 stalk of celery coarsly chopped
1/4 white onion, coarsly chopped
1/4 bellpepper, coarsly chopped
1 clove garlic peeled
1/4 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
2 tbls of creole mustard
1 tbls yellow mustard
2 tsp of ketchup
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tbls of olive oil
1/8 tsp of cayenne
Juice from 1/2 of a fresh lemon
1/2 lb of cooked crawfish tails

-Combine above ingredients, except crawfish tails, in a food processor. Process until smooth. Adjust seasonings.
-Add crawfish tails and stir
-Cover and chill
