Pepper Jelly
1/3 c hot red pepper
1 1/3 c bell pepper
6 1/2 c sugar
1 1/2 c apple cider vinegar
1-6 oz or 2-3 oz. certo
(wear gloves)
Seed pepper and grind fine. Mix pepper with sugar and vinegar.
Bring to a boil. Boil for five minutes. Then add certo. Color
red or green with food color (if desired) Pour into jar and
seal. This makes 16 - 8oz jars.
